1. Production Planning & Order Release

We begin by receiving production orders through EDI releases. These orders are planned and coordinated directly with our Tier-1 casting manufacturer in China, ensuring all components are produced according to customer specifications and schedules.

2. Precision Casting Manufacturing

Our manufacturing partner utilizes low pressure and gravity die casting to produce high-quality components such as control arms, subframes, knuckles, and more. We also offer rapid prototyping with various mold types and materials to meet urgent development timelines.

3. Rigorous Quality Control

Every casting undergoes strict quality inspections:

  • Radiographic testing

  • Fluorescent liquid penetrant inspection

  • 100% visual and gauge checks

    Each part is DMC-engraved for full traceability and compliance with ASTM and DIN standards.

4. International Shipping & Freight Coordination

Finished castings are securely packed and shipped by ocean freight with built-in overage (1%) to account for potential scrap. Our logistics team closely coordinates with freight providers to ensure timely and efficient transport.

5. Local Inventory Management

Upon arrival at our Mississauga, Ontario facility, shipments are checked, labeled with unique QR codes, and stored following a FIFO system. We maintain a minimum of 4 weeks’ local inventory, ensuring consistent supply and quick turnaround for our customers.

6. Final Inspection & Delivery

Before delivery, all parts are re-inspected to ensure they meet customer requirements. We then manage packing and shipping per client specifications, providing reliable and on-time delivery.

7. Ongoing Support & Quality Response

Our local team in Canada works closely with customers and our manufacturing partner to address any quality concerns promptly and professionally. This ensures minimal disruption and maximum satisfaction.
